1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 7 days of the project start or payment date.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.
- Service Not Rendered: If the agreed-upon service has not been initiated within the expected timeframe and no progress has been made.
- Project Cancellation (By Client): If a client chooses to cancel a project before any work has started, a partial refund (typically up to 80%) may be issued to cover administrative fees.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If work has already started or been completed based on the client’s approval.
- If the delay or issue was caused by lack of communication or missing inputs from the client.
- For dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after delivery (e.g., design or content style).
- For services involving paid third-party platforms (e.g., ad spend, domain registration, or software subscriptions).
4. Custom Projects & Monthly Services
- Custom Digital Marketing Campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, SMM): These services require a time and resource investment, and as such, are non-refundable once initiated.
- Monthly Retainers/Packages: Clients can cancel future billing cycles by giving at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. Refunds are not issued for the current or past months.
