1. Services Offered

GlowUp Marketing offers digital marketing and creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Management

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Website Development

  • Google Ads & PPC

  • Graphic Design

  • Branding & Content Creation

  • Email Marketing

All services are tailored to each client’s goals and will be detailed in a proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required information, accounts, or content

  • Approve or provide feedback within agreed timelines

  • Make payments on time as per the agreed-upon terms

  • Avoid sharing login credentials or confidential communication with third parties without consent

Delays in client input may delay project completion.

3. Payments and Invoices

  • All prices and quotes are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

  • A 50% advance may be required before service begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or at milestones.

  • Monthly services are billed in advance.

  • Late payments may incur penalties or result in paused services.

4. Revisions and Changes

  • We offer limited free revisions depending on the service package. Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges.

  • Major changes requested after final delivery will be treated as a new project or service order.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions and are subject to approval.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and digital assets created by GlowUp Marketing remain the intellectual property of GlowUp Marketing until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables for agreed-upon purposes.

  • GlowUp Marketing reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client data, strategies, and business details shared with us will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without permission.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client fails to pay or communicate for an extended period

  • The client breaches these terms

  • There is abusive or unprofessional behavior

The client may also terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to outstanding payment and delivery agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlowUp Marketing is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, profits, or data

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)

  • Client-side technical issues or mismanagement of delivered assets

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Sindh.
